The Jackals Strike: New Orlock Entrant Enters Escape The Spire

12/01/44,265 ·

In a shocking turn of events, a new gang has emerged from the depths of the Underhive to challenge the best of the best in our esteemed tournament. The Jackals, hailing from the Dreadfort sector, have taken up residence as the latest entrants, and their arrival is sending shockwaves throughout the Underhive.

Rumors are already circulating about The Jackals’ connection to the legendary Orlock gang leader, Ramsey Boltgun – a name that echoes through the corridors of our sector’s history. Boltgun, who once led The Iron Assemblage with distinction, met his untimely demise at the hands of… well, let’s just say “someone” in the Underhive.

But from those ashes rose Ramsey’s Revenge, a gang thought to be long gone, until now. With their arrival, whispers of Boltgun’s legacy continue to haunt The Jackals. It’s unclear whether this is mere coincidence or if there’s more to it than meets the eye.

“We’re not here to stir up old bones,” declared ‘Hit the road’ Jack, leader of The Jackals, in a statement to our publication. “We’re here to prove ourselves, and that we’re not just another gang trying to make a name for ourselves.”

As an Orlock gang, The Jackals bring a unique set of skills to the table. With their reputation for cunning and adaptability, they’ll undoubtedly be a force to be reckoned with in the tournament.

“I’ve seen some rough stuff in my time,” said Lira Zane, Escher Correspondent, “but The Jackals… they’re something else entirely. Hit the road’ Jack’s got an edge, and I wouldn’t underestimate them.”

With their arrival, the stage is set for a thrilling matchup. Will The Jackals be able to ride the coattails of Boltgun’s legacy, or will they forge their own path? One thing’s for certain: this team won’t go down without a fight.

Stay tuned for updates on The Jackals’ progress in Escape The Spire. And as always, remember that in the Underhive, nothing is ever as it seems…

What do you think about The Jackals’ chances? Will their reputation precede them, or will they prove us all wrong?
