The honourable enforcers unfortunately drew Munro’s last chancers in what is and was a battle between the ‘good……ish teams. They started either side of a an abandoned hive with two small choke points in the middle and an overhead walkway.

As the teams tried to take cover and line up their target they were immediately hit by pockets of thick warpcloud. Short range affected and long range totally fragged for both sides made for a cagey opener.

Shredder for the 13th Legion snuck in a few hours earlier and immediately holed up by the exit. After a mad dash, firing blindly into the fog Shredder dropped Chen with a lucky stub round. He was almost at the exit but found himself without cover at a door with a lock. Enforcer Becket opened up on Shredder bolter on full auto as he stood there open. After some proper henchman shooting, Becketts gun jammed and Shredder strolled off for 1-0.

As the fight continued walls sprouted and caused the open town to become a labyrinth. Luckily these two teams vox channels were working so noone got lost.  Things did get better for the enforcers when Booth downed Sanchez with a bolt to the chest and a serious injury but again the bolt gun jammed so he couldn’t follow up.

Was it the ammo they’d been given or poor gun maintenance…… Danville the Enforcer Captain, fed up of her feeble underlings,  burst through the right choke point with her stave humming and crackling with power and the loot crate under her arm backed up by Nolan. Not really fancying a battle with and engraved captain 13th Champion Dredd, stepped off the choke point choosing to find a weaker opponent.

The town shook again as the labyrinth came down only to be replaced by a horde of chittering critters which swarmed from sewer vents and maintenance pipes.

Whilst the critters descended what was left of Chen was downed with a bolt to the knee and shoulder by Lt Munroe. Who sprinted over the bloodied enforcer. After quickly considering whether to patch up Sanchez he jumped off the board for 2-0. Unfortunately he had forgotten the crate.

After Booth jammed his bolter twice, and Ragean Jr was left bloodied by Ware. Danville had had enough. She radioed Munroe and offered to surrender provided she could keep her crate. Her situation was sticky as the 13th had the numbers. However Ware had picked up the crate on the other side and as the Lt was in one of his better moods with no casualties. He agreed both strides strolled off their respective sides a little richer and a little more experienced.
