After chasing the Sump Saints into their toll zone, We Are….The Law failed to anticipate the size of the ambush.
Upon seeing one of the Saints standing brazenly in the open, they slowly moved up to take position in the tunnels under the main crossing with Danville choosing to hold, to search for “evidence”, more like a sack of credits stashed away. Sergeant Voight moved up the main corridor taking possession to cover one of the team’s new rookies.

As movement was spotted, the bait Saint went for cover as flash bangs were fired the length of the narrow corridors and then all hell broke loose with Cawdor coming out of every nook and cranny.
As Danville and Carter burst through the side door firing frag grenades and gas, though brave, this ultimately proved to be a mistake with Carter charging a pole welding madman, failing to take him out, Carter was them injured herself as Danville took cover from autocannon fire. All his plans began to quickly unravel.
Reinforcements arrived to thwart a sneaky Juve from desecrating the local enforcers shrine to the fallen, and the rookie Nolen making use of his newly acquired shotgun to fill him with buckshot. While this was happening Sergeant Booth and officer Angell began flanking maneuvers, hoping to get in behind the lines, but their arrival was spotted as a frag arrow blasted Angell and pined booth as a redemptionist madman sprinted round the corner to batter booth.
With the team falling Danville took a shot of spur and sprinted through the carnage to smash the redemptionist that hurt Booth and tried to lock down another only to take a blow to the side leaving her to limp back to the safety of the tunnels.

While all that was happening, Voight was still firing flash bangs trying to keep the bulk of the scum pinned only to have an Ambot come out of hiding and slam Nolen into the wall, while the rookie tried to slow its advance only to meet the same fate.
Seeing the end was near, Hudson moved up to help recover the injured only to get caught by the Ambot himself but proving to be made of tougher stuff with his shield making it hard for the Ambot to get hold of him.

While the titanic struggle went on Voight continued his barrage of flash bangs only at the last minute to see the door behind Hudson open and even more Cawdor poor through, but before Hudson had to worry about the flanker Voight called for a lockdown slamming all the doors and causing the filth in the doorway to dive back in fear of being crushed.
Seeing that they had delayed the endless mass long enough for the injured to make it away, Voight called for a retreat and as rumor has it a desire to be reassigned as the odds are not in his favor and his luck has begun to run out.
The higher ups of the precinct have begun to voice concerns that the team known as We Are….The Law has not proved as effective as originally planned, with plans to disband and reassign the more distinguished members.
