Drake Sector Enforcers Get New Chief and Reinforcements

12/08/44,265 ·

The Drake Sector, one of the most troubled and lawless areas of the Underhive, has a new Chief Constable in charge of its Palantine Enforcers force. Mira Kowalski, a former officer from the Upper Hive, has been assigned to lead the local Enforcers and to deal with the rampant gang activity that dominates the sector. Kowalski, who is known for being tough, smart, and ambitious, has announced her plan to restore order and justice to the Drake Sector, and to crack down on the criminal gangs that have taken over more than half of the territory.

Kowalski’s plan involves two main strategies: first, to increase the presence and patrol of the Enforcers in the relatively unaffected neighborhoods of the sector, by using the huge influx of junior reinforcements that have been supplied by the wider Underhive authorities. These new recruits will be tasked with enforcing strict curfews and regulations to prevent further gang infiltration. Second, to reinforce and equip the controversial and secretive unit known as “We Are…The Law”, which operates under the command of Captain Rizzoli, a leader who has a reputation for being ruthless and unpopular among both citizens and fellow Enforcers.

“We Are…The Law” is a special unit that consists of highly trained and heavily armed Enforcers who specialize in raiding and assaulting gang strongholds and hideouts. They are notorious for their brutal and unpredictable tactics, which often result in collateral damage and civilian casualties. They have also been suspected of corruption, extortion, and abuse of power. Many citizens of the Drake Sector fear and despise them more than the gangs themselves.

Captain Rizzoli has expressed her confidence and enthusiasm for Kowalski’s plan, saying that with their new recruits, Patrols Ruzek & Burgess and Sgt. Voight, they will be able to make real progress in pushing back the gangs’ advances and ultimately bringing justice to the sector. She also warned the gang leaders, especially Mad Mave of the Vicious Vixens and Brasher Bull Fist of the Ore Chasers, that they will not tolerate their crimes and violence any longer, and that they will face the full wrath of “We Are…The Law”.

However, not everyone is convinced or impressed by Kowalski’s plan. Many citizens of the Drake Sector doubt that the new Chief Constable will be able to make any difference in the chaotic and corrupt situation of the sector. They also fear that the increased presence and power of “We Are…The Law” will only lead to more violence, oppression, and injustice. They question Kowalski’s motives and loyalty, wondering if she is truly interested in helping the people of the Underhive, or if she is just another puppet of the Hive Nobility who wants to exploit and control them.

I will not be convinced by Kowalski’s plan nor will I be silenced on the actions of Rizzoli’s unit. I will continue to investigate and report on their activities, their successes and failures, their benefits and costs. I will not let them get away with anything.

She survived and became an investigator who exposes the corruption and crimes of the hive nobility. She was cold and ruthless and would stop at nothing to get justice. She was respected and feared, but she also had many enemies and threats who wanted to stop her. She decided to create her own newspaper, The Drake Chronicle, along with acquaintance Zara Skye, to be the voice of the Underhive. She gathered a team of talented and passionate journalists who shared her vision and courage. She became the editor-in-chief of The Drake Chronicle and led it with determination and integrity. She hoped to make The Drake Chronicle the best newspaper in the Underhive, and to bring down more criminals and corruptors in the Underhive.
