One of the few outlaw gangs that had yet to come into contact with the Watch finally showed their faces.
Looking to add to the faithful masses in the Drake Sector, Lebowski’s Imperators descended into the blood pits, catching a group of enforcers on patrol.
Long range fire from the outlaws kept the enforcers at arms length while the gang pressed forward. Shocked witnesses saw an enforcer take a heavy sniper round to the chest, the power of the shot forcing him from a ledge 2 stories up. Thinking they’d witnessed the first death they stood in awe as the patrolman stood up as if nothing had happened!
A protracted period of grenades, flash bangs and sniper fire ended when the parents of a local hive scum hired by the enforcers and wounded by the outlaws offered the Drakes Watch everything they had if they would stop the fighting before it got out of hand. Seeing wounded enforcers and scum adding to the stains on the blood pit floor the captain agreed, he helped the injured enforcers to their feet and went to find a doc.
Will the citizens be safer under the control of outlaw fanatics than the local law enforcement? Only time will tell, but Lebowski is now firmly in the sights of the Drakes Watch, something he may later regret.
