Hoping to catch Cameo by surprise the enforcers spring a surprise assault on on of his forges, hoping to blow up some important machinery.
Trying to sneak in before the entire Goliath gang arrived they headed towards the forge, explosives in hand. Cameo caught out whilst chatting to Prince was narrowly missed by a Bolter shot from Booth. The eruption of the smoke stacks distracting the enforcer.
Under the cover of the putrid smoke the Goliaths advanced, using a nearby market to advance in cover. Concentrating on this flank allowed enforcers to advance to the middle stack and plant an explosive, but in their haste to escape from the inevitable bolter shots about to head their way they set the fuse too short and the device exploded almost instantly taking one out of action and seriously injuring the other.
On the right flank Booth kept hounding Cameo, sustained bolter fire finding it’s mark with expert accuracy, however this Goliath wasn’t going down so easily and angered by this Cameo charged and dispatched him with a powerful blow from his axe.
On the left, the market place had become a dangerous battleground. The spread of shot gun pellets keeping the some Goliaths heads down while some juves were shot down and stamped out. The main event being a stand off between Danville and Ozzy, Danville holding his own against the Stimmer for an impressive amount of brutal abuse until finally he could stand no more and fell.
With their leader down the enforcers left the Goliaths to clean up the mess left after such a brutal assault. They may have failed in their mission, but Danville’s stand against the mighty Stimmer will go down in legend
